How soon until I receive my order?

All orders will be processed with 3-6 business days. All tracking numbers will be sent via email once the order is processed.

How can I check then status of my order?

If you haven’t received your tracking number after 6 business day, send and email to locdgirlzrock@outlook. Be sure to include your name and order number. 

Do you accept orders outside of the US?

Yes, we accept order from outside of the US.

Do you ship order outside of the US?

Yes, but please note that the timeframe to receive your order may be longer.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can not be cancel once they’re place.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes. Once orders are processed, you’ll receive and email with the available pick-up location, date and time.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Yes, but we will be not responsible for any delays.

Returns/Exchanges:

We have a 7 day return policy at LGR. All items must be unworn with tags still attached.NO EXCEPTIONS!

Defects or Damages please email us with the defects so that we can replace your item(s).
